Health Benefits of Cinnamon
The taste of cinnamon is slightly bitter. It is cultivated mostly in Sri Lanka, India and China.
There are three types of cinnamon that are different in volume and color. The cinnamon in China and Sri Lanka we use is the most exquisite and aromatic.
The ingredients contained in it quickly become the component body. These ingredients affect the gastrointestinal and intestines and cause spinal excretion, which benefits the gastrointestinal and intestines. In this regard diarrhea and dysentery have its benefits recognized.
Quantity of food
