Crispy Aloo Kay Samosay

Ingredirnts

  • 2 medium size boiled Aloo.
  • 1 normal size Onion.
  • Fresh Coriander.
  • Spring Onion.
  • 4-5 fresh green chilli.
  • 1 TSP Salt.
  • 1/5 TSP Garam Masala.
  • 1/5 TSP Chilli powder.
  • 3/4 TSP Turmeric powder.
  • 1 TSP Cumin seeds.
  • 1 TSP Coriander seeds.
  • 1/5 TSP Coriander seeds powder.

Cooking Method

  • Put 3 TBSP cooking oil in a Frying pan on a medium heat.
  • Add coriander seeds & cumin seeds in the frying pan cook about 30 seconds.
  • Now add the all mashed boiled potatoes in the pan.
  • Cook it about 1 and a half minutes.
  • Add all the spices in the pan.
  • Cook it about more 3-4 minutes.
  • Now take out your potato masala in a bowl.
  • Add Onion, fresh coriander, spring onion and green chilies in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Now take a samosa strip and make it in the shape of samosa.
  • And put potato masala fill in it.
  • Put oil in a frying pan and fry one by one.
  • Fry at least 4-5 mins or when you thinks it’s ready.
  • Now your Tasty Crispy Aloo kay Samosay is ready.
