Crispy Namak Para

Ingredients

  • 200 Grams of Flour.
  • 3/4 Cup Oil.
  • 1/2 TSP Salt.
  • 1/2 TSP Carmen seeds.
  • 1 TSP Cumin seeds.
  • Water.

Cooking Method

  • Put flour, salt, cumin and carmen seeds in the bowl.
  • Mix it with your hand or spoon.
  • Now put oil in the bowl.
  • Knead flour well.
  • And keep it for half an hour.
  • Now start rolling it in the circle shape.
  • Cut square shape pieces From inside the circle.
  • Add cooking oil to frying pan and heat it at normal flame.
  • When it gets a bit hot, then start adding Namak Paray in it.
  • Cook for about 1 minute .
  • Now your Tasty Namak Paray is ready to eat.
  • Now make tea and enjoy it together.
