- Tomato, lehsan, adrak, chilli ko grind kar ke paste bana lein.
- Ab is paste ko fry ki hoi piyaz ke sath add kar ke cook karen.
- Ab is me biryani masala shamil karen
- Ab masalay me dahi add kar ke masala bhunain
- Jab masala bhun jaye to pehle se boil hoye beef ko add kar ke pakayen. (beef ko lehsan adrak aur namak dal ke ubal ke pani dry kar lein)
- Potato ko pani se nikal kar halka fry kar lein.
- Ab potatoes ko masalay me add kar ke pakayen.
- Rice ko ik pateelay me boil karen. pani me salt and vinegar b add karden.
- Ab boiled rice ko korma jo ready kiya tha us par dal ke layer banayen.
- Upar se food color milk me add kar ke rice me dal dein.
- 15 min dam par rakhen. Biryani ready hai. upar se brown piyaz add karden.
- Dish out kar ke garnish kar lein aur garma garamnosh farmayen.
