- Mash it very well.

- Now take a piece of coal.burn it on the flame,take a small bowl put this coal in it,sprinkle some ghee in it,keep it in the prepared mixture bowl,led it for 10 miniutes.whole mixture will be smoked.
- We get Nice aroma.after ten minutes take out coal bowl from the mixture.
- Now make a tight mixture from curd,dry fruits,mint,fig 1 pinch Chaat masala,salt,.
- Mix it very well & keep it in the fridge.
- Make small balls from the prepared kebab mixture.
- Make a hole in it,put curd mixture in it.
- Roll it again in the dryfruits,& gram flour mixture,so that kebab will Fry crisp.
- Heat a pan put kebab in it.
- Add ghee in it.
- Roast it both sides perfectly.
- Now it is done.
- Serve it hot_hot with onion rings.green chuteny will go very well from this.
