  1. Take a bowl,put all boiled things together.
  2. Mash it very well.
  3. Add ginger, garlic paste.
  4. Add salt,all roasted spices,chilli flakes.mix it very well.
  5. Put 1/2 Tsp Green chilli,Green coriander, lime juice,mix it very well.
  6. Now take a piece of coal.burn it on the flame,take a small bowl put this coal in it,sprinkle some ghee in it,keep it in the prepared mixture bowl,led it for 10 miniutes.whole mixture will be smoked.
  7. We get Nice aroma.after ten minutes take out coal bowl from the mixture.
  8. Now make a tight mixture from curd,dry fruits,mint,fig 1 pinch Chaat masala,salt,.
  9. Mix it very well & keep it in the fridge.
  10. Make small balls from the prepared kebab mixture.
  11. Make a hole in it,put curd mixture in it.
  12. Roll it again in the dryfruits,& gram flour mixture,so that kebab will Fry crisp.
  13. Heat a pan put kebab in it.
  14. Add ghee in it.
  15. Roast it both sides perfectly.
  16. Now it is done.
