Instructions to make Khara Qeema:
  1. Put the qeema in pan
  2. Add whole red chilli
  3. Salt
  4. Also add black cardamom
  5. Black pepper
  6. Clove and cinnamon sticks
  7. Then add 6 to 8 Glass water
  8. And cover it until qeema is half done
  9. Then add ginger and garlic. Let it cook until qeema is full done.
  10. Remove the lid and place it on high heat and evaporate the water
  11. Also add oil and fry it
  12. Also add chopped onion tomates and green chilli coriander leaves
  13. Nicely stir while adding the chopped mixture.
  14. Then add curd
  15. Mix very well on high flame atleast 10 to 15 minutes
  16. Continuesly stir in the oil are spread
  17. Serve Qeema with Nan.
  18. Serve hot
