- Ab ek pan main oil garam krein us main chopped onion ko light pink kar lein
- Onion light pink ho jaye tu marinate beef add krein ache sy mix kar ke 2 cup pani add kar ke slow flame par gosht ko galne rakh dein
- Gosht gal jaye tu Tamatar dal kar ache sy bhon lein oil alag ho jaye tu 1/2 cup pani dal kar halki si gravy kar lein green chilli dal kar 5 min ke liye dam laga dein phir chapati ya naan ke sath serve krein
