  2. Ab gosht main yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, red chili flakes, Tarmiric powder, salt, coriander powder, aur achari masala dal kar 1 hour ke liye marinate krne ke liye fridge main rakh dein
  3. Ab ek pan main oil garam krein us main chopped onion ko light pink kar lein
  4. Onion light pink ho jaye tu marinate beef add krein ache sy mix kar ke 2 cup pani add kar ke slow flame par gosht ko galne rakh dein
  5. Gosht gal jaye tu Tamatar dal kar ache sy bhon lein oil alag ho jaye tu 1/2 cup pani dal kar halki si gravy kar lein green chilli dal kar 5 min ke liye dam laga dein phir chapati ya naan ke sath serve krein
