- Mix oats flour, sooji and curd well. Add grated carrot, finely chopped capsicum, blanched and finely chopped spinach,finely chopped green chillies, coriander and salt.Keep aside for 10 mins.Then add little water and eno and give a mix.
- Take a frying pan.Add a tsp of oil and add mustard seeds and sesame seeds and as it crackles keep a ring at center and pour the batter into it.This gives a proper round shape.Cover and cook for 5 to 7 mins on medium flame till turns crisp.Remove the ring slowly and flip and cook on other side too. Add little oil on sides.
- Remove in a plate. Garnish with coriander leaves and pomogranate seeds. Serve with chutney.
