- After 10 min add baking soda and mix it nicely.
- Now heat a pan and add oil in it.
- When oil is hot add mustard seeds and curry leaves. After one minute pour the mixture and level it. Cover the pan and roast it for at least 5 minute.
- After 5 minutes flip it and roast it.
- When it's color changes to golden brown. Take it out in a plate and serve it hot with your favourite sauce.
