Punjabi Kadhi Pakora

Ingredients

  • Half KG Yogurt.
  • 1 Cup Gram Flour.
  • 1 Tea Spoon Ginger.
  • 1 Tea Spoon Garlic.
  • 1 Normal Size Onion.
  • 7-8 Green Chili.
  • 1½ Tea Spoon Red Chili Powder.
  • Half Tea Spoon Turmeric.
  • 1 Tea Spoon White Cummin.
  • Quarter Tea Spoon Carom Seeds .
  • 1½ Tea Spoon Salt.
  • 1 Tea Spoon Hot Spice.

Cooking Method

  • Put All Yogurt And Gram Flour In Bowl And 2 Cups Water And Then Mix It.
  • Put 5-6 Cooking Oil In Pot And Let It Hot Then Put White Cummin, Garlic, Ginger And Mix It Then Cut Onion In Small Pieces And Put And Fry It.
  • After It Put Turmeric, Hot Spice, Salt, Carom Seeds, Red Chili Powder And Put Some Water And Cook It For 2 Minutes.
  • Hold The Step Number 1 Bowl And Put In The pot And Put 1 Cup Water And Boil It On High Temperature And After Boil Cook It On Low Temperature For 30 Minutes.
