2 TYPES NIMKO
1 Moong Dal Nimko

Ingredients

  • Moong daal 1 Cup.
  • Chaat Masala 1/2 TSP.
  • Salt 1/2 TSP.

Cooking Method

  • Soak Moong dal for 1 and a half hours in water.
  • Put cooking oil in a frying pan and heat it on a low flame.
  • Now start adding a Moong Dal in it.
  • Fry the Dal for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now put salt and Chaat Masala in hot Moong Daal.
  • Mix it well.
  • Now our Moong Dal Nimko is ready and now you are having it with tea.
  • Enjoy

 

2 Rice Flakes (Poha) Nimko

Ingredients

  • Rice flakes 1 Cup.
  • Salt 1/2 TSP.
  • Chaat Masala 1/2 TSP.

Cooking Method

  • Put cooking oil in a frying pan and heat it on a low flame.
  • Now start adding a Rice Flakes (Poha) in it.
  • Fry the Poha about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Now put salt and Chaat Masala in hot Rice Flakes (Poha)
  • Mix it well.
  • Now our Rice Flakes (Poha) Nimko is ready and now you are having it with tea.
  • Enjoy.
