Tasty Aloo k Kabaab

Ingredients

  • 3 medium size boiled Potatoes.
  • 1 normal size Onion.
  • 2 Eggs.
  • 1 TSP Garam Masala.
  • 1 TBSP Coriander seeds.
  • 1 TBSP Cumin seeds.
  • 1 TSP Salt.
  • 1 TSP chilli flakes.
  • Coriander.
  • Mint.
  • Red Chillies.
  • Cabbage.

Cooking Method

  • Put boiled potatoes in a bowl and add all the ingredients in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Rest it about 10-15 minutes
  • Now make it in a circle shape.
  • Add 5 TBSP cooking oil in the frying pan at medium heat.
  • Break an egg into a bowl, dip kabab and put kabab one by one into a frying pan.
  • Fry about 3-5 minutes.
  • Now Your tasty Aloo k kabab is ready.

Potato kebabs are very easy to make. Boiled potatoes, green chillies, green coriander and spices make it very tasty. They are eaten as a snack with tea, lentils, rice and burgers. They are eaten fresh. And can be frozen and stored for some time.
