Ingredients

  • Normal Size Potatoes.
  • 1 Big Onion.
  • 1½ Tea Spoon Red Chili Powder.
  • 1 Tea Spoon Hot Spice.
  • 1½ Tea Spoon Salt.
  • 1 Tea Spoon White Cummin.
  • 2 Spoon Dry Coriander.
  • ¼ Carom.
  • 6-7 Green Chili.
  • 1 Cup Gram Flour.

Cooking Method

  • Cut The All Potatoes In Small Pieces And Put Them In The Pan.
  • Cut The Onion In Normal Pieces And Put Them In The Pan.
  • Mix Red Chili Powder, Hot Spice, Salt, White Cummin seeds, Dry Coriander, Carom In The Pan.
  • Cut The Red Chilies And Put Them In The Pan.
  • Put The Gram Flour In The Pan.
  • Add Some Baking Soda In Pan.
  • Add 1 Spoon Cooking Oil In The Pan.
  • Mix All The Mixture Slowly Slowly.
  • If Any Problem In Mixing Add Some Water And Then Mix It Slowly.
  • If Mixture Is Ready Wait Till 15-20 Minutes.
  • Take Sauce Pan And Put Oil In The Sauce Pan And Put It On Fire Let The Oil Hot.
  • Put The Little Piece Of Potato In The Sauce Pan And Check The Temperature Of Hot Oil.
  • Put The Mixture Slowly Slowly In The Sauce Pan You Can Put It With Spoon Or Your Hand.
  • Don’t Put Too Much Mixture Because You Have To Turn The Side Of Mixture Too.
  • When The Mixture Looks Good And Nice Color Take Out The All Mixture From Sauce Pan And Put Them In The Plate.
  • Now your Tasty Aloo Pyaaz kay Pakoray is ready to serve.
