Ingredients

  • 700 g Chicken leg piece.
  • 1 large size Onion.
  • 400 g Potato.
  • 200 g Carrots.
  • 4-6 Red Chili.
  • 4 Garlic.
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes.
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper.
  • 1 tsp Salt.
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala.
  • 3 tbsp Oil.

Cooking Method

  • Chop all the vegetables
  • Now put a layer of onion in the pan, then put chicken pieces on it, then add carrots and potatoes.
  • Then spread Red chili, Garlic, chili flakes, black pepper, salt, Garam Masala and oil on it.
  • And steam cook it about 30-45 mins.
