  • Half KG kidney Bean (Rajma – Lobia).
  • 1 Big Size Onion.
  • 1 Garlic.
  • 1 Normal Size Ginger.
  • 2 Tea Spoon Red Chili Powder.
  • 1 Tea Spoon Turmeric.
  • 1 Tea Spoon Hot Spice Powder.
  • 1 Tea Spoon Carom.
  • 2 Tea Spoon Salt.


  • Boil The Water In Pressure Cooker And Put All The Red Beans.
  • Cut Ginger, Garlic, Onion In To Little Pieces And Put Them In The Pressure Cooker.
  • Then Put Red Chili Powder, Hot Spice Powder, Carom Turmeric, Salt In The Pressure Cooker.
  • Close The Cap Of Pressure Cooker And Let Them Boil For 20-25 Minutes.
  • Take Out All The Water And Smash The Red Beans With Any Big Spoon After Smashing Put The Water Back In Pressure Cooker.
  • Take Fry Pan And Put Cooking Oil And Let Them Hot After It Hot Put The Little Pieces Of Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili, White Cummin And Fry For 5-10 Minutes.
  • Put All The Fry Mixture In The Pressure Cooker.
  • Mix it well.
  • Now your Tasty Kashmiri Lobia is ready.
